📋 Description

• Establish a strategy and plan to facilitate the implementation of new processes and the standardization of existing processes related to risk finance, productivity finance, and cumulative catch pacing cycles across the entire CSA portfolio.

• Assist in the quantification and prioritization of productivity initiatives based on financial outcomes, translating these into the NPI budget and productivity playbook.

• Lead risk finance cycles, including margin reviews and high-risk assessments for the region.

• Coordinate with productivity, cost reduction, and commercial finance teams, converting inputs from these teams into productivity assumptions by technology for consideration in commercial deal underwriting processes.

• Create an approach/strategy for defining scenario/sensitivity analysis and KPI tracking for the most crucial variables in the MYA portfolio, while identifying and recommending new productivity initiatives.

• Oversee the NPI budget process, collaborating with horizontal teams to develop business cases that yield GE cash returns, while defining the approach and driving regular monitoring of all major productivity initiatives that impact the MYA portfolio.

• Offer financial expertise and support for catalog preparation, and suggest potential policy changes relevant to the Aero business line.

• Exhibit vision and capability to independently plan the implementation of medium to long-term strategies through self-defined project plans.

• Show initiative and self-motivation in project management, from project definition through to implementation and closeout.

• Utilize critical thinking to propose changes that affect current risk/productivity finance processes and policies.

• Demonstrate influencing skills when engaging cross-functionally (with operations, productivity/cost-out, and commercial controllership) and on a global scale.

• Lead and supervise Contract Margin Reviews, contract cost monitoring, portfolio analytics, risk mitigation, and scenario analysis for EMEA + Asia CSA Contracts.

• Oversee all risk-finance related pacing processes (cumulative catch, actualization, forecast, escalation, productivity) for all pacing cycles (current quarter, early read, budget) for EMEA + Asia CSA Contracts.

• Collaborate with regional finance, modeling, catalog, and productivity teams to drive and track actions related to cumulative catch impact from forecast/actualization/productivity for EMEA + Asia CSA Contracts.

• Support the establishment of robust global pacing/risk finance/productivity finance processes for our MYAs, grounded in a strong understanding of CSA margin, extra work, and its connection to key operational metrics such as outage events and supply chain planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 additional years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit.

• Previous experience in Contractual Services and/or Gas Power fulfillment centers.

• Proven success in working with cross-functional teams.

• Capability to operate under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively under pressure.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement concrete action plans.

• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
