This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate risk finance cycles, including margin assessments and high-risk evaluations for the Americas region.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to aid in the regional implementation of top-tier processes and tools in the Americas.
• Direct and oversee Contract Margin Reviews, monitor contract costs, perform portfolio analytics, and conduct risk mitigation and scenario analyses for CSA Contracts in the Americas.
• Oversee all risk-finance related pacing processes (including cumulative catch, actualization, forecasting, escalation, and productivity) for all pacing cycles (current quarter, early read, budget) pertaining to CSA Contracts in the Americas.
• Manage all risk-finance and productivity-related rhythms for CSA contracts in the Americas, including risk identification and tracking, high-risk reviews, actualization, CMR reviews with controllership, and renegotiation tracking.
• Assist in the implementation of robust global pacing, risk finance, and productivity finance processes for our MYAs, leveraging a solid understanding of CSA margin, extra work, and its connection to key operational metrics like outage events and supply chain planning.
• Offer technical expertise in risk finance, productivity, and controllership to regional finance teams, prioritize items that may pose risks or financial impacts to the business, and autonomously suggest process improvements or unconventional solutions to challenges.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 additional years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Previous experience in Contractual Services and/or Gas Power fulfillment centers.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Capability to work under tight deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks under pressure.
