This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of a portfolio consisting of approximately 700 active cases;

• Drafting of interlocutory petitions, appeals, and procedural statements in social security actions;

• Engagement in cases related to RGPS benefits;

• Procedural involvement from the administrative request to the conclusion of the administrative process;

• Procedural analysis and strategic legal planning in collaboration with partners;

• Comprehensive monitoring of procedural deadlines;

• Verification of notifications, case movements, and relevant procedural acts;

• Utilization of Judicial systems and legal management software for demand control;

• Organization and management of the procedural portfolio;

• Continuous updates on jurisprudence and changes in social security legislation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Law degree with an active OAB;

• Postgraduate degree in Social Security Law is considered an advantage;

• Solid experience in Social Security Law, with involvement in various benefits of the General Social Security Regime;

• Experience in drafting interlocutory petitions, appeals, and other procedural statements from the initial petition to the final judgment or decision;

• Experience managing a high volume of active cases;

• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite and electronic processes;

• Familiarity with legal management software is considered an advantage;

• Proficiency in legal writing, with excellent command of the Portuguese language;

• Familiarity with Judicial systems;

• Strict organizational skills for managing deadlines and deliverables;

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote home office setting;

• Ethical, technical, respectful, and collaborative demeanor.
