Advogado Business Partner, Consultivo e Regulatório Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a regulatory consultant/business partner for datatech's product initiatives, including financial products and payment methods.

• Actively engage in product forums, providing legal analysis related to the viability of new solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product areas to understand pain points, challenges, and opportunities, participating in the co-creation of solutions.

• Conduct regulatory and legal feasibility analyses for new products/features.

• Support strategic decisions with a balanced view of risk and business viability.

• Translate complex regulatory topics into practical and actionable guidance.

• Structure and negotiate commercial partnerships in Portuguese or English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in regulatory consulting applied to financial institutions and/or payment institutions.

• Previous experience in product feasibility analysis.

• Advanced English proficiency (capable of functioning in a global environment, including meetings and documentation).

• Complete higher education; postgraduate studies are desirable. Active OAB membership.

• Preferred: Previous experience with contracts.
