Advocacy Program Manager

📋 Description

• Facilitate and provide support for Unity user groups globally, including the planning and execution of meetups, hackathons, and various events.

• Create and execute strategies aimed at increasing user group membership and engagement.

• Serve as the primary contact for user group leaders, offering resources, guidance, and best practices.

• Collect and analyze feedback from user group members to enhance the program continuously.

• Manage the logistics for advocacy initiatives, which include organizing workshops, conferences, and virtual events.

• Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of events.

• Monitor and manage the budget for advocacy activities, ensuring the delivery of cost-effective programs.

• Background in program management, community management, advocacy, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in organizing and executing large-scale events and programs.

• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make decisions based on insights.
