📋 Description

• **What You'll Do**

• **Methodology & Intellectual Property**

• - Create and oversee the end-to-end delivery methodology, including value discovery frameworks, automation blueprinting, outcome measurement, and delivery governance

• - Establish the framework for identifying, designing, and deploying AI agents as a digital workforce within customer environments, utilizing the M-Files platform

• - Develop toolkits, templates, and repeatable assets that facilitate the scalability of the methodology across a distributed delivery team

• - Set quality standards and implement a continuous improvement loop informed by field experiences

• **Business & Investment Planning**

• - Construct a multi-year business case for the practice, addressing market sizing, revenue models, margin targets, and investment needs

• - Formulate the resourcing strategy by defining capability profiles, headcount plans, and approaches to talent sourcing (internal reskilling vs. external recruitment)

• - Assess build, buy, or partner options; identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that could enhance capability or market access

• - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and, when appropriate, to the board

• **Go-to-Market & Partnerships**

• - Outline the go-to-market strategy: how the practice is structured, priced, and positioned in relation to the M-Files platform

• - Develop partnership and channel models that expand delivery capacity without a proportional increase in headcount

• - Collaborate with Sales leadership to incorporate advisory services into the enterprise sales approach and cultivate reference customers

• **Practice Leadership**

• - Recruit, onboard, and nurture the initial group of internal practitioners

• - Define the career progression, competency framework, and performance metrics for the practice

• - Personally lead selected high-value engagements to validate the methodology and establish customer proof points


⛳️ Requirements

• **What We Are Looking For**

• - Over 7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or professional services, focusing on business transformation, operating model design, or organizational change

• - Proven experience in building or scaling a services practice, business unit, or consulting capability, including P&L ownership or significant budget responsibilities

• - Strong strategic planning capabilities: you can transition from market analysis to business case development to execution roadmap and are adept at sizing a market and justifying your assumptions

• - Experience in evaluating inorganic growth strategies such as partnerships, acquisitions, or capability purchases, including due diligence and integration aspects

• - Proficient in executive-level communication and stakeholder management; comfortable presenting investment proposals to leadership teams or boards

• - A history of translating strategy into operational execution: you've authored playbooks that delivery teams have utilized

• **Nice to have**

• - Experience in the enterprise software, SaaS, or intelligent automation sectors, with an understanding of the professional services economics related to a software-led business

• - Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, agentic workflow design, or digital workforce delivery models, either as a practitioner or as someone who has assessed and acquired these capabilities

• - Knowledge of document management, process automation, or information governance domains

• - Previous experience working within or alongside a high-growth technology company

• - Experience with reseller or partner-led delivery models
