Advisory Services Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in understanding their utilization of the Boomi platform and its benefits for their business.

• Evaluate customer implementations against industry reference architectures and peer organizations to highlight opportunities for better leveraging the Boomi platform.

• Support customers in planning future initiatives to further integrate the Boomi platform with their business and IT strategies.

• Articulate the Boomi platform's architecture, features, and value to customer stakeholders at a high level.

• Conduct maturity assessments with clients to identify areas for improvement in developing and deploying Boomi solutions.

• Collaborate with internal account teams and technical resources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customers' business strategies and technology requirements.

• Create and present actionable architectural artifacts to guide and support customers' digital technology decisions, fully aligned with their business strategy execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an Enterprise Architect role, focusing on integration, API, and AI.

• Strong influencing capabilities.

• Effective communication skills for engaging with technical, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.

• Experience across various IT disciplines, including business solutions, data management and analytics, solution architecture, application development, integration development, master data management, and/or IT operations.

• Knowledge of industry operating models such as finance, food and beverage, energy, manufacturing, logistics, and telecommunications.

• Experience implementing leading enterprise business solutions, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Service Management, WMS, and TMS.

• Solid understanding of integration platforms, capabilities, and design patterns, including API, MFT, event, and messaging.

• Experience with data management solutions, particularly master data management and data synchronization (ETL).

• Familiarity with API management solutions.

• Understanding of AI technology stacks, with the ability to identify AI use cases and communicate the value of AI solutions to business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience with enterprise architecture modeling methodologies, such as TOGAF.

• Knowledge of ITIL; certifications are highly regarded.

• Understanding of software development lifecycles, with exposure to CI/CD and automation, is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies; certifications in Prince or PMBOK are highly regarded.

• Understanding of monitoring and observability tools; experience with products like New Relic, Data Dog, Splunk, and Cloudwatch is highly regarded.

• Natural aptitude for understanding, translating, and communicating complex business and technical issues to both management and technical audiences.

• Strong active listening and empathy skills.

• Polished, persistent, and influential communicator.

• Self-starter with a flexible approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
