• Offer support through effective management of project coordination, administrative duties, and processes related to clients.
• Ensure the smooth execution of engagements by utilizing strong communication skills, solid technical expertise, and a knack for problem-solving.
• Deliver extensive logistical and operational assistance across various activities, including intricate calendar and time management, travel arrangements, document creation, database oversight, and event organization.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Provide logistical and operational assistance to facilitate project delivery and other urgent search and consulting tasks.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date project tracking throughout engagements, ensuring transparency regarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee the management and tracking of invoicing and expense processing, ensuring accuracy, promptness, and alignment with project and financial standards.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in business operations or involvement in project teams within professional service firms.
• Experience collaborating with CEOs and Boards of Directors, both internally and externally.
• Background in working alongside members of executive leadership teams.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience as a project coordinator and senior-level executive assistant.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools and software for creating flow charts and process diagrams is a plus (e.g., Monday, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software tools and applications.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while overseeing several projects concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail with experience in creating, proofreading, and editing business documents, including the ability to suggest improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred candidates should be located in the Eastern or Central time zone and have experience working remotely.
