This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee Demand through a Two-Tier Engagement Model: Function as the expert gatekeeper to sift through the digital backlog (Level 1) and perform in-depth customer interactions to identify complex issues and develop tailored formal proposals (Level 2).

• Assist with the Stage-0 Process: Enhance visibility regarding the Stage-0 pipeline to uncover upselling opportunities, closely collaborating with sales to increase wallet share.

• Enable Sales & Channel Partners: Act as the primary advisory contact for the sales team and channel partners. You will aid the retrofit pipeline, conduct site assessments for Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, and mentor selected Application Engineers to replicate successful strategies throughout North America.

• Lead Technical Knowledge Transfer: Conduct specialized technical "Qualitrol Day" sessions (e.g., transformer monitoring, GIS Engineering best practices) at customer locations and convert real-world scenarios into reusable application notes and playbooks for the sales team.

• Center of Excellence (CoE) Ownership: Support the design and implementation of the USA CoE (including both fixed and mobile facilities), which involves developing training content and advocating for certification models for partners.

• Engage Strategically with OEMs: Collaborate closely with OEM engineers to facilitate technical tours, impact specifications, and expedite solution BOM offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is preferred.

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial, OEM, engineering advisory, or sales leadership, with a robust background in substation and asset design (initially focused on Transformers).

• Highly proficient "Solution Seller" with a problem-solving approach to addressing complex technical challenges and formulating customized solutions.

• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) to assess performance and track digital opportunities that generate additional revenue.

• Capability to transform technical relationships into enduring strategic partnerships, serving as a trusted consultant for end-users and OEMs.
