Advisor, Product – Medicaid Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead the product strategy for Medicaid claims-related areas, translating the needs of members, providers, benefits, clinical, and finance into distinct product outcomes and domain roadmaps.

• Influence the evolution of core adjudication capabilities by establishing a modern product direction, identifying platform opportunities, and prioritizing domain-level investments.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Medicaid program operations, claims workflows, regulatory and policy environments, client challenges, market dynamics, and shifts within the ecosystem.

• Utilize product discovery, customer research, workflow analysis, data, and experimentation to validate issues, prioritize opportunities, and mitigate delivery risks.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, operations, implementation, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment between domain strategy and practical, scalable product execution.

• Navigate ambiguous domain and platform decisions, assess trade-offs, and present recommendations with clear justifications.

• Develop and promote product narratives that assist stakeholders in grasping the vision for transformation.

• Establish success metrics for domain outcomes and leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to assess adoption, operational impact, user experience, and product performance.

• Discover new product opportunities within Medicaid claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis.

• Required healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare programs.

• Profound expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and the integration of Software and Technology Solutions.

• Proven experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business, technical, and data requirements into scalable product solutions.

• Demonstrated capabilities in Product Development Methodologies, Strategic Planning, Analytical Problem-Solving, Decision Making, and Prioritizing Initiatives in Complex Environments.

• Preferred experience with AI product use cases, solution design, and applying artificial intelligence technologies to enhance business and product outcomes.
