This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, oversee, and expand a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
β’ Engage with and qualify both incoming leads and self-sourced opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales journey to closure
β’ Actively identify and assess potential clients and key decision-makers utilizing innovative outreach and lead generation techniques
β’ Conduct discovery discussions to comprehend client requirements and position customized solutions effectively
β’ Maintain steady sales activity through organized planning, diligent follow-up, and efficient pipeline management
β’ Build and cultivate relationships with potential clients to enhance conversion rates and foster long-term engagement
β’ Clearly articulate value, offer consultative support, and confidently drive opportunities to closure
β’ Collaborate closely with Account Management to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding
β’ A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing targets
β’ Excellent communication skills with the capability to establish trust and influence decision-makers
β’ Highly organized, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
β’ Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
β’ Experience in commercial insurance and a valid P&C license are mandatory.
