Adviser Competency Manager – Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing Financial Planners across various regions

• Ensure that planners receive supervision in accordance with the Group Competency Scheme

• Engage in competency evaluations, role-playing exercises, and live assessments

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching following assessments and observations

• Aid in the implementation of training for new entrants and learning initiatives

• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Principals to facilitate progression to CAS and beyond

• Analyze KPIs to uncover development opportunities

• Foster a client-focused culture and disseminate best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Holds a Level 4 Diploma or is nearing completion

• Experience in the Financial Services sector

• Comprehensive understanding of pensions, investments, and protection

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passion for coaching and nurturing the development of others

• Willingness to travel as necessary

• Familiarity with FCA Training & Competence requirements (desirable)

• Previous experience in mentoring or coaching (desirable)

• Holds J07, AF6, or H15 qualifications (desirable)
