This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manages Amazon search campaigns for clients across diverse business types, sizes, and industries, utilizing company and department practices and procedures for daily optimizations and strategic adjustments.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Trainual content owner for specific departmental functions, creating reports and offering guidance to colleagues.
• Delivers insightful analysis, interpretation, and actionable strategies based on campaign performance data from the Amazon Ad Console and other retail media platforms, ensuring alignment with overall retail business performance.
• Participates in weekly department scrums and training sessions to enhance knowledge within the channel.
• Develops new training materials specific to the department.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve campaign performance and business impact, aligning strategies with client objectives.
• Conducts thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Maintains consistent and effective communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients.
• Effectively utilizes available AI tools and delegation resources to optimize workflow efficiency and campaign results.
• Addresses anomalies, identifies potential causes, and proposes solutions to the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirements.
• Establishes and nurtures collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Meets or surpasses performance standards set by the department.
• Performs additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency experience or in related roles.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of departmental practices, procedures, and specialized functions, applying sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to resolve issues for assigned clients and projects.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite(s), with strong navigation and utilization skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Capability to manage higher-risk decisions involving significant capital.
• Experience with Amazon retail search advertising, Google paid search advertising, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience managing campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon Ad Console, Amazon 3rd Party Advertising Platforms, and Walmart Connect.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
