This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop, present, and finalize digital advertising campaigns with both new and established partners, utilizing targeted and tailored strategies.
• Take ownership of and expand a comprehensive advertising pipeline, which includes prospecting, forecasting, and account growth.
• Discover new revenue potentials and assist in formulating strategic marketing and monetization initiatives.
• Perform consultative discovery to grasp advertiser objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Convert insights into engaging and personalized proposals, media plans, and marketing narratives.
• Supervise campaign execution, which encompasses creative coordination, asset management, and performance monitoring.
• Act as the main liaison for advertising partners, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
• Oversee daily advertising requests, campaign schedules, and invoicing logistics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, merchant, and product teams to ensure campaigns are delivered punctually and effectively.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights along with recommendations for future optimization.
• Keep precise records in CRM and advertising platforms.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess performance and guide future strategies.
• Assist leadership in refining BenefitHub’s digital advertising strategy to align with industry trends and upcoming technologies.
• Remain updated on market dynamics, competitive environments, and new channel opportunities.
• Offer suggestions that boost partner value, enhance campaign effectiveness, and promote long-term growth.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, including integrated and omnichannel programs, with a background in ad sales for affiliates, retail, large brands, and insurance.
• Demonstrated history of revenue growth and client relationship expansion.
• Familiarity with various pricing models, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing performance metrics and campaign optimization.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Highly self-driven, efficient, performance-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative team member with a client-first, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience in managing or mentoring digital advertising operations team members is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and advertising management tools; familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
