This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the strategic advertising lead for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and strategic clients, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital marketing and retail media channels.
• Lead discovery and strategic planning sessions to establish media strategies that are aligned with client goals, platform capabilities, and best practices within the channels.
• Convert business objectives into detailed media plans, managing execution and optimization across budgets, bids, audiences, and creative assets.
• Deliver advanced performance analysis and insights to inform campaign strategies and investment decisions, utilizing attribution models, pacing, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor who proactively identifies avenues for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers, TAMs, and Product teams to ensure alignment between execution and client goals, adapting to evolving needs.
• Function as a subject matter expert on Rithum’s media products and tools, educating clients about new features, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Support internal development by mentoring Advertising Account Managers, sharing best practices, and enhancing team-wide execution consistency.
• Keep current on emerging media channels, platform updates, and advertising trends to drive forward-thinking strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record in managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to develop strategic advertising plans that enhance performance and align with client business objectives.
• Practical experience with major platforms including Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
• Strong analytical skills; experience in conducting in-depth analysis and presenting insights to clients and teams using dashboard and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex advertising concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and forecast advertising budgets, making data-driven decisions to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets across campaigns.
• Strong fluency in AI, with experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, analysis, and overall impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
