Advanced Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with the installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment on-site.

• Identify and resolve intricate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC challenges.

• Offer technical support and training to field technicians and clients.

• Provide remote assistance via phone and email to ensure quick issue resolution.

• Keep precise service reports, documentation, and system records.

• Work in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to all safety standards and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent technical training is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with industrial equipment (preferably Signode or similar).

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Familiarity with electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

• Proficient in English and MS Office applications.

• Team-oriented, dependable, and focused on safety.
