
Advanced Project Engineer β Electronics Supplier Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
β’ Play a vital role in maintaining the quality and dependability of Electronics suppliers and their associated platforms.
β’ Accountable for establishing strategic alliances with suppliers, overseeing their performance, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Supplier Development while working remotely to support primarily Northeast US suppliers.
β’ Contribute to supplier development by leveraging extensive expertise and experience within the organization.
β’ Enhance supplier performance and ensure that suppliers adhere to the highest quality standards.
β’ Bachelorβs degree from a recognized institution in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, and/or supplier development, particularly focusing on Printed Wiring Boards and/or other electrical component production, design, engineering, or NPI.
β’ Expertise in quality management and problem-solving methodologies, including Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and/or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP/PPAP).
β’ Familiarity with aerospace standards and practices concerning electronic components and PWB manufacturing.
