Advanced Practice Provider, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual environment.

• Participate in regular weekend day shifts (between 7am-9pm on Saturday & Sunday plus one weekday).

• Assist physicians with managing their Epic inbox, including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.

• Provide education to patients regarding appropriate treatments and care plans tailored to their health needs.

• Prescribe medications and refills as deemed necessary.

• Promote high-quality care with an emphasis on patient outcomes.

• Enhance the remote care experience by providing compassionate and impactful care.

• Demonstrate adaptability in problem-solving by developing creative solutions to emerging issues.

• Collaborate effectively with Care Team Members.

• Achieve challenging objectives while working alongside a top-tier team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care environment.

• Must hold a valid license in Florida.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Epic EMR is required.

• Must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.

• Experience in primary care and behavioral health, with the ability to manage both acute and chronic care conditions.

• Should possess technological proficiency, be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with telemedicine.

• A clean background and medical malpractice history is essential.

• Availability to work weekend hours, totaling 36 hours per week (between 7am-9pm on Saturday & Sunday plus one weekday).
