Advanced Practice Provider – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up consultations remotely.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including controlled substances, adhering to state and federal regulations.

• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically suitable.

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership for support, escalation, and ongoing education.

• Partner with therapists and other providers through integrated care plans, shared treatment insights, and team consultation environments.

• Utilize data-informed tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.

• Develop a caseload and provide exceptional mental health services.

• Work alongside team members to refine workflows and care protocols.

• Contribute to the psychiatry program, services, and operational systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice as a PMHNP in Florida.

• Active DEA license in Florida.

• Reside in Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP.

• Experience in delivering remote telepsychiatry services.

• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses.
