Advanced Practice Provider, APP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual environment.

• Availability to work on Mondays and Fridays with flexible starting hours (e.g., 7 am-12:30 pm ET).

• Assist physicians with the management of Epic inboxes (labs, imaging, patient inquiries, etc.).

• Provide education to patients regarding suitable treatments and care plans tailored to their health requirements.

• Prescribe medications and refills when necessary.

• Promote high-quality care with an emphasis on patient outcomes.

• Enhance the remote care experience by delivering compassionate and meaningful support.

• Utilize critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions to challenges that arise or escalate when needed.

• Collaborate effectively with Care Team Members.

• Achieve challenging objectives alongside a top-tier team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of clinical practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care environment.

• Must hold a valid license in Florida.

• At least 1 year of experience with Epic EMR is required.

• Currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.

• Experience in primary care and behavioral health, with the capability to manage both acute and chronic conditions.

• Should possess strong technical skills, be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with telemedicine.

• Clear background and medical malpractice history.

• Willingness to commit to 40 hours a week, including 36 clinical hours.
