Advanced Application Engineer – OEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with OEM clients and sales teams to create tailored technical solutions.

• Perform on-site application evaluations and suggest the best equipment configurations.

• Assist in competitive displacement efforts and initiatives for equipment growth.

• Oversee intricate installations and major deployment projects.

• Manage cross-functional coordination among Sales, Service, Technical Support, and third-party vendors.

• Provide training to Sales Engineers on Videojet technologies and primary product lines.

• Aid in the positioning and quoting of service solutions.

• Enhance customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and proactive project management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Technical Discipline, or equivalent technical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing technology, or similar products.

• Experience in Coding and Marking is advantageous.

• Customer-facing experience in applications engineering, field service, technical sales, or project management.

• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across Sales and Service divisions.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred experience in project management.

• Willingness to travel 50–75% within North America.
