Advanced Analytics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis, cleansing, transformation, and modeling of intricate clinical and real-world datasets

• Utilize advanced statistical methods for forecasting, predicting, classifying, and making decisions

• Assess clinical studies, registries, claims databases, EHRs, publications, and various real-world data sources

• Convert clinical, regulatory, and business inquiries into scalable analytical solutions

• Design, construct, and sustain predictive models, analytics workflows, and decision-support systems

• Implement AI and machine learning to expedite data discovery and automate analytical processes

• Create, validate, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models

• Incorporate repeatable data science solutions into enterprise platforms, workflows, and business processes

• Assess emerging AI and advanced analytics technologies

• Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance standards

• Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations

• Integrate external data sources with internal datasets

• Perform ad hoc analyses and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Collaborate with Clinical Research, Regulatory, Health Economics & Reimbursement, Marketing, R&D, and IT teams

• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact analytics initiatives

• Shape evidence-generation strategies through analytics expertise and thought leadership

• Act as a subject matter expert in data science, AI, machine learning, and real-world evidence

• Guide stakeholders on data-driven decision-making and best practices in analytics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, OR an advanced degree with at least 8 years of experience

• Proficiency in data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning

• Background in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated sectors

• In-depth understanding of clinical research, clinical trials, and real-world evidence

• Familiarity with patient-reported outcomes and patient-centered evidence generation

• Capability to translate complex analyses into clear strategic recommendations

• Experience in building scalable analytics capabilities, frameworks, and data-driven solutions

• Strong business acumen linking insights to clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial outcomes

• High proficiency in Python and/or R

• Background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling

• Ability to integrate AI-driven tools and automation into analytical workflows

• Experience in developing, validating, and presenting predictive and prescriptive machine learning models

• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation

• Understanding of machine learning and statistical inference

• Familiarity with synthetic data generation, simulation modeling, or digital twin technologies is a plus

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary

• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required upon hire and throughout employment for positions below Principal level; sponsorship is available exclusively for Principal-level roles and above
