This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage the integrated project plan that encompasses both Higharc and customer workflows.
• Facilitate coordination across various program workstreams, including planning and option configuration, estimating and purchasing, sales readiness, integrations, training, and launching.
• Maintain a transparent and up-to-date view of project health, and proactively escalate any stalled decisions, critical path risks, and dependencies across workstreams before they escalate into customer issues.
• Identify and escalate delayed decisions, critical path risks, and cross-workstream dependencies before they evolve into customer challenges.
• Ensure visibility of launch readiness and track that all readiness criteria are current and effectively communicated.
• Enhance Adoption project management standards through the development of templates, playbooks, and reusable delivery artifacts based on real account experiences.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical leadership, and Client Strategy teams to effectively execute complex statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing project management, implementation management, technical program management, professional services, SaaS delivery, or overseeing complex business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-workstream programs across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong discipline in project controls, including project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency tracking, critical path management, and status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to hold both internal and external stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities, timelines, and commitments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, or equivalent platforms.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and company events up to 30% of the time.
