Adoption Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Product Incubation & Beta Management: Lead the structured lifecycle of developing new products from inception to beta, coordinating intricate internal and external testing groups to gather actionable feedback and implement numerous pre-release bug fixes prior to General Availability (GA).

• Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Owners during the initial ideation phase, converting real-world deployment limitations, client health issues, and security baseline requirements into essential product specifications.

• Scalable Field Enablement: Create detailed deployment guidance, standard operating procedures, training workflows, and documentation to empower external support teams (PS, CS, and Account Teams) to effectively manage customer deployments downstream.

• Lighthouse Program Execution: Cultivate relationships with high-value Premier enterprise clients, monitoring deployment telemetry and identifying significant operational hurdles.

• Technical Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) on enterprise-wide adoption obstacles—such as software packaging problems, enrollment failures, and conflicts with third-party security tools—to incorporate permanent solutions into the product roadmap.

• Agile Program Leadership: Implement Scrum/Agile methodologies in traditionally rigid infrastructure processes, facilitating team ceremonies to improve delivery predictability and cross-functional accountability across product, engineering, and security initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enterprise Endpoint Management Expertise: Solid hands-on engineering or architectural experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM and/or Microsoft Intune.

• Scale & Lifecycle Architecture: Proven track record in managing or supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments (e.g., setups with 10K+ to 30K+ physical endpoints, multi-platform systems, or complicated VDI/DaaS integrations).

• Modern Policy & Profile Design: Direct experience in designing and deploying contemporary device management configurations, including Configuration Service Providers (CSPs), custom SyncML profiles, ADMx-backed policies, and cloud-based device provisioning (e.g., Autopilot, zero-touch deployment).

• Data-Driven Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose intricate ecosystem health problems, software update processes, and infrastructure dependencies.

• Legacy Co-Management Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager / System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), particularly managing task sequences, application supersedence, and modern co-management attachment strategies.

• Apple Ecosystem Management at Scale: Strong proficiency in administering macOS/iOS fleets using Jamf Pro, with comprehensive knowledge of Apple Business Manager, Jamf Connect, and custom scripting/packaging tools. Jamf certifications (200, 300, or equivalent) are highly regarded.

• Identity & Security Architecture Integration: Knowledgeable in aligning endpoint management with robust security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF) and enterprise identity/access control providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Duo, or ADFS).
