This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Ensure effective home placement for families looking to adopt.
• Conduct evaluations of prospective adoptive families.
• Offer education and assistance to families throughout the adoption journey.
• Collaborate with international partners to provide post-placement support.
• Organize ongoing support groups for families preparing for their travels.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s level Clinician, LCSW, or equivalent.
• At least five years of post-graduate clinical experience in providing services to children and families.
• Comprehensive understanding and implementation of ethical clinical services to parents on behalf of their children.
• Experience in adoption and/or training in TBRI is a plus.
• Dedicated to child welfare initiatives.
• Programs aimed at strengthening families.
• Clinical support available for adoptive families.
