This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business processes and requirements.
• Create tailored Adobe Workfront solutions that align with the strategic goals of stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete implementation process, which includes configuring Adobe Workfront to fulfill client needs, establishing workflows, and integrating with other systems and tools.
• Deliver training to clients and internal teams on the effective use of Adobe Workfront.
• Ensure clients receive the necessary support during and after implementation, addressing any issues that may arise.
• Identify and document Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the Adobe Workfront implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Engage with clients post-implementation to evaluate the effectiveness of the Workfront solution and suggest enhancements, optimizations, and new features as their business changes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, project management, and support to provide a seamless client experience.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on all matters related to Adobe Workfront.
• Stay informed about Adobe Workfront features, best practices, and industry trends to provide expert advice and innovative solutions to clients.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions consulting role.
• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Workfront, covering implementation, configuration, and consulting.
• Proficient in Adobe Workfront Project Manager, Adobe Workfront Fusion, and Adobe Workfront.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront's functionalities, integrations, and API capabilities.
• Experience in configuring workflows, reporting, and dashboards within Adobe Workfront.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deadlines and client requirements are met.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in straightforward terms.
• Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels of the organization.
• Certifications (Preferred): Adobe Workfront Certification or similar industry credentials.
• Education (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
