Adobe Analytics, Target Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, analytics, and IT, to achieve personalization objectives and requirements.

• Create and implement personalized content strategies across Adobe's digital platforms.

• Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly Adobe Target, Analytics, and Data Collection (Launch) to execute and enhance personalized experiences.

• Collaborate with the user experience and testing & optimization team to design and roll out new user experiences.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in customer data management and marketing technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, marketing, digital media, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience as a software developer, data engineer, or in a similar role, concentrating on marketing technology, personalization, and optimization.

• More than 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically Data Collection (Launch), Analytics, and Target.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing applications using JavaScript.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

• Proficient communication skills with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A demonstrated history of achieving successful outcomes in optimizing customer journeys.

• Familiarity and experience with conversion rate optimization.
