This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Implement and enhance global digital data collection strategies, focusing on scalable data layer design and governance.
• Oversee the implementation of Adobe Launch, ensuring governance and process improvements while integrating various marketing technologies through the designated TMS.
• Configure and sustain Adobe Analytics, including variables, events, classifications, processing rules, and link tracking, while validating server calls.
• Offer strategic direction to maintain consistent integrations and standards across diverse applications.
• Design, create, test, and deploy tagging solutions and MarTech integrations utilizing JavaScript and associated web technologies.
• Diagnose and validate tagging and data flows using tools like Charles or Fiddler, browser developer tools, and automated testing frameworks.
• Assist and facilitate MarTech integrations (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, AEM, Google Ads/Remarketing, Medallia, OpinionLab, Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Sentinel, ObservePoint).
• Ensure adherence to privacy regulations by configuring and managing OneTrust, categorizing cookies, and evaluating privacy impacts for newly introduced technologies.
• Monitor and uphold tracking health using enterprise tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Tivoli, ObservePoint) and collaborate with engineering and operations teams as necessary.
• Provide comprehensive implementation specifications, tracking plans, and documentation; deliver weekly status updates and maintain a strategic roadmap.
• Operate within Agile Scrum/Kanban frameworks; manage tasks via JIRA, Confluence, or Asana; work closely with developers, QA, product, and legal/privacy stakeholders.
• Over 4 years of practical experience with Adobe Analytics and enterprise Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch is essential; Tealium, Ensighten, and GTM are advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; basic knowledge of Java; proficient in SQL and at least one of R or Python for data validation and analysis.
• Demonstrated success in designing and managing data layers and digital data collection standards.
• Experience in implementing and validating MarTech/AdTech pixels and customer experience tools (e.g., Google Ads/Remarketing, Medallia, OpinionLab).
• Solid understanding of privacy and consent management using OneTrust, including cookie categorization and deployment processes.
• Skilled in debugging and QA tools such as Charles, Fiddler, and browser developer tools; experience with automated testing using Selenium or similar tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms (Splunk, AppDynamics, Tivoli) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud components: AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager; knowledge of Adobe Workbench is beneficial.
• Familiarity with web technologies and tools: Node.js, Angular, jQuery, Dojo, PhantomJS, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Postman, Spring Boot, RabbitMQ is a plus.
• Knowledge of data platforms such as Netezza, Hadoop, MongoDB; experience with QA and audit tools like ObservePoint; familiarity with reporting/BI tools such as Tableau is advantageous.
• Experience with customer feedback/voice-of-customer tools and tag governance frameworks is a plus.
