This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee an active portfolio of student applications, ensuring that each case is accurate, complete, and progresses smoothly through all stages of the admissions cycle.
• Assess, validate, and process application documents in line with the admission criteria and quality expectations of UK and US partner universities.
• Take full responsibility for individual performance metrics by meeting application deadlines, proactively identifying potential risks, and ensuring the timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for students, partner universities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination throughout the admissions process.
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy and compliance by ensuring all applications fulfill institutional requirements prior to submission.
• Evaluate personal performance, analyze workflow efficiency, and implement process enhancements to boost productivity, accuracy, and overall student experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions management, student enrollment, or a similar administrative position within higher education or university admissions.
• Demonstrated experience in handling high-volume application processing, documentation, and casework with exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, effectively managing priorities and achieving results with minimal oversight.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote, KPI-focused environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for managing multiple stakeholders professionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, complemented by a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in CRM systems, admissions platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly responsible, taking full ownership of work and results.
• Composed, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure while juggling competing deadlines.
