Admissions Consultant – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee your daily schedule with urgency to manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.

• Meet individual targets and contribute to team objectives, which are designed to align with our corporate enrollment goals and ensure quality communication in every interaction.

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of enrollment criteria to accurately identify suitable candidates for our program, assist potential members with their needs, and ensure all requests are fulfilled and completed.

• Utilize motivational interviewing (MI) techniques to assess each caller's readiness and promote attendance at intake appointments.

• Arrange initial intake appointments using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other proprietary software tools.

• Ensure smooth intake appointments by coordinating with counselors and other clinical staff as needed.

• Foster team growth by proposing enhancements in operations, messaging, or strategy.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• We believe in the power of recovery! This position is ideal for someone who is personally in recovery; we require a minimum of 2 years of consistent recovery to effectively support potential members. Alternatively, experience in behavioral health (previous admissions roles preferred) is required. We encourage you to share your passion for supporting individuals in their recovery or mental health journey in your cover letter.

• Prior work experience where you were driven by goals and consistently met or exceeded them.

• A high school diploma or higher education is preferred.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection at home.

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with individuals.

• Excellent written, presentation, communication, and analytical skills; you will be expected to draft ad hoc texts/emails to potential members as part of this role.

• Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to an environment with frequent changes.

• A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all your actions, collaborating effectively with providers, the Member Care team, and other professional colleagues.

• Enthusiasm for working in an early-stage company where the potential for impact is significant, though systems and processes may still be developing.

• A self-starter with high emotional intelligence.

• High comfort with technology, including EMR software, email, Slack, and mobile applications (e.g., Google Suite).

• Must be able to work remotely and have a quiet, private dedicated home office with a door and a reliable internet connection.

• This is a full-time position. You must be available to work full-time and be accountable for your scheduled hours. Treatment Consultants have set hours, but we offer flexibility in scheduling as long as it serves our members' best interests. Availability for recurring evening and weekend shifts is a significant advantage.

• The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience.
