This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with the Admissions Leadership team to optimize conversion rates within the Admissions Department.
• Direct efforts to improve conversion rate processes at various stages of the enrollment funnel.
• Ensure that conversion initiatives comply with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify, design, implement, and assess enhancements within the Admissions Department.
• Analyze and evaluate processes within the Admissions department to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Admissions and IT representatives on process improvement initiatives, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of new CRM (Salesforce) processes, making adjustments or recommendations as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices regarding process optimization.
• Proactively identify and tackle potential challenges or obstacles in the CRM (Salesforce) enhancement processes.
• Conduct regular observations of CRM Salesforce processes and utilize process analysis tools (Hubbl) with end-users to discover opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on outbound service/sales and conversion strategies.
• Work alongside department leaders to prioritize Salesforce process improvement projects, ensuring the new Salesforce organization is aligned with company needs.
• Act as a liaison between Admissions and IT to guarantee coherence and consistency in process improvement efforts.
• Generate regular reports and present findings to leadership, emphasizing successes and areas for enhancement. Use data and analytics to gain insights into student behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and propose actionable improvements.
• Ensure that the user experience within the new Salesforce organization is optimized to enhance user efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business, business analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in CRM (Salesforce) administration and configuration.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) functionality, features, and best practices.
• Experience in for-profit Admissions.
• Strong understanding of admissions or sales and their integration with CRM (Salesforce).
• Proficiency in data management and analysis within CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on attaining and surpassing conversion goals. Proficient in data analysis with the capability to convert insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce).
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
