Admissions Application Evaluator – VTS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assess applicant qualifications through a comprehensive application evaluation against established criteria.

• Prepare decision recommendations with well-defined justifications.

• Present application evaluations orally to a team, including senior leadership.

• Conduct evaluations precisely and punctually, adhering to the predetermined applicant flow.

• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the admissions process and application information.

• Aid in transcript assessments, benchmarking, and strategic research initiatives related to evaluation and selection.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Evaluation and Selection.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferable.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to comprehend and uphold strict confidentiality regarding the admissions process and application information.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Willingness and readiness to learn a new CRM system.

• Commitment to an average of 15 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 25 hours per week from September through April.

• Availability for occasional daytime meetings in the Central Standard Time Zone.

• Capacity to work outside standard business hours as necessitated by application flow and volume.

• Ability to achieve weekly goals and meet deadlines.

• Accurate time-tracking is essential.
