Admissions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor for prospective students from the moment they inquire until they enroll.

• Foster genuine relationships by attentively understanding each student's aspirations, motivations, and concerns.

• Offer tailored guidance that empowers students to make knowledgeable decisions regarding their educational paths.

• Inform students about the nursing programs at Joyce University, along with admissions criteria and career prospects.

• Facilitate engaging campus tours, virtual consultations, and admissions interviews.

• Maintain proactive communication via phone, text, email, and video to ensure every student receives adequate support.

• Assist students in navigating admissions requirements and enrollment documentation with precision and care.

• Keep up-to-date and precise records in the CRM to guarantee a smooth student experience.

• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Success, Academics, and other university stakeholders to enhance the overall student journey.

• Help achieve enrollment objectives while upholding a student-centric, consultative approach.

• Engage in team meetings, professional growth opportunities, and campus events that bolster the Joyce community.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree is required.

• 3–5 years of demonstrated success in admissions, enrollment, academic advising, consultative sales, recruitment, career coaching, or similar relationship-driven roles.

• Availability to work the following schedule (Mountain Time): Monday & Tuesday: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with an adjusted daytime schedule Wednesday–Friday to accommodate a full-time workweek.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Three or more years of proven experience in higher education admissions.

• Familiarity with CRM or student information systems is desirable.
