This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospective families concerning enrollment guidelines, tuition, financial aid, and available programs.
• Oversee the admissions process from the initial inquiry to the completion of enrollment.
• Review and authenticate enrollment documents, such as proof of residency and transcripts.
• Collaborate with the Educational Concierge, marketing, recruitment, and customer service departments.
• Keep precise admissions and family interaction records within SIS and CRM systems.
• Host virtual open houses and informational meetings.
• Remain updated on state-specific ESA programs and financial aid options.
• Manage, prioritize, respond to, and escalate CRM customer service tickets.
• Provide continuous nurture and support to prospective families until an enrollment decision is made.
• Monitor and report admissions metrics including response times, conversion rates, and family engagement.
• Analyze data and trends to enhance admissions and customer service operations.
• Ensure prospect and family data is entered accurately and updated regularly in the CRM.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, student services, or a related field, ideally in an online or private school environment.
• Proficient in student information systems (SIS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Familiarity with education savings accounts (ESAs), financial aid, or tuition assistance programs is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data management capabilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer service ticketing is a plus.
• Bilingual speaking and writing skills are required.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Annual influenza vaccination or an approved medical/religious exemption is required as a condition of employment.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
