Administrator in Training – Leadership Pathway to NHA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Participate in a structured Administrator-in-Training program aimed at becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations with the support of an experienced Preceptor.

• Experience rotation through all primary departments to grasp clinical operations, budgeting, human resources, and compliance.

• Assume an interim role in essential administrative functions following licensure.

• The training program necessitates full-time, on-site engagement with mentorship from seasoned professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in one of the following Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) roles:

• Admissions / Marketing

• Social Services

• Business Office Management

• Other department-head or senior administrative positions

• A Bachelor's degree in:

• Healthcare Administration

• Public Health

• Nursing

• Or a related discipline

• A solid understanding of SNF culture and operations.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Professional stability and dependability.

• A strong desire to advance to a licensed Administrator role.

• Willingness to commit to a full-time, on-site training program.
