This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Support the analysis of operations within a long-term care nursing facility.
• Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, and the broader community.
• Prepare and create reports concerning budget forecasts, revenue, and expenditures.
• Embody the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with community organizations, hospital leadership, and physicians.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations, laws, and compliance updates, implementing changes as necessary.
• Research Federal and State regulations and industry best practices.
• Oversee staffing levels, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
• Assist in the implementation of policy and procedural modifications.
• Address HR issues and manage risk management scenarios.
• Contribute to capital improvement initiatives and safety programs.
• Engage in advisory committees.
• Build relationships with HR, Therapy, Clinical, and Finance support teams.
• Aid in vendor contract negotiations under the guidance of the Preceptor.
• Support clinical initiatives by understanding QA measures and ensuring accountability.
• Track collections and accounts receivable on a daily basis.
• Generate and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
• Assist in managing and supervising employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, rewards, disciplinary actions, complaint resolution, and terminations.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Capability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and address inquiries from managers and employees.
• Competency in applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to real-world scenarios.
• Skill in resolving practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Training position with direct supervision by a licensed Precepting Administrator.
• Willingness to relocate from Utah and work in an employer facility located in one of the specified states, including Ohio.
