This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist with daily financial operations;
• Validate and input data into financial systems;
• Ensure the organization and updating of controls and processes;
• Aid in the monthly financial closing and reconciliations;
• Provide general administrative assistance throughout the company (process management, support for managers, internal and operational requests);
• Support the finance manager with daily tasks.
• Prior experience in administrative or financial roles;
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.);
• Familiarity with financial systems (experience with ERP systems is a plus);
• Knowledge of cash flow, reconciliations, and financial procedures;
• Strong organizational abilities;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Proactive problem-solving abilities;
• Capability to manage workload and prioritize tasks;
• Effective communication skills (particularly for coordinating with other departments).
