This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide assistance to the National Academic Leadership Team with academic and staffing administration.
• Participate in Academic Team meetings, offering updates and suggestions regarding administrative issues and process enhancements.
• Aid in the preparation of reports and data extraction tasks.
• Monitor attendance records for teacher meetings and professional development sessions.
• Generate academic and staffing documents for re-registration, audits, and reporting purposes.
• Oversee communications related to academic and student engagement, including the administration and distribution of surveys.
• Prepare, issue, and disseminate academic and student achievement documentation, such as work skills certificates.
• Compile student attendance data, identify inconsistencies or issues, and present these matters during Appeals meetings.
• Maintain academic systems, databases, and shared resources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Assist in academic projects, initiatives, and process improvement efforts within the ELICOS division.
• Support the collection, analysis, and presentation of academic and operational data.
• Aid in academic compliance and student progress management.
• Evaluate and enhance administrative processes, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the academic administration leadership.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Proficiency in meeting tight deadlines consistently.
• Experience with administrative responsibilities, ideally in an international college or school setting.
• Background in staff administration and data management.
• Familiarity with academic leadership support and management of academic documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Capacity to work independently while supporting a national team across various time zones.
• Proficient technical skills, including knowledge of data management systems and Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
