This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the operational support for the founder
• Ensure that all activities are thoroughly documented, systematically tracked, and accurately assessed
• Update and manage the client database using Airtable
• Record ongoing projects in ClickUp, including deliverables, deadlines, responsible parties, and current statuses
• Gather and analyze hours worked on each project to assess client profitability
• Create simple dashboards to monitor agency objectives, such as revenue, utilization rates, and profitability
• Draft and revise internal procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks
• Generate reports and follow up with clients; assist in enhancing existing tools
• Currently pursuing an administrative or management degree (or equivalent qualification)
• Proficient with digital tools (you will have the opportunity to learn Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com — prior experience is advantageous)
• Excellent organizational capabilities and a keen eye for detail
• Independent, inquisitive, and capable of juggling multiple projects at once
• Proficient in written French communication (English skills are a plus)
• Adaptable to a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting
• Practical experience using a CRM in a real-world context related to profitability
