This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with administrative duties such as budgeting, expense reporting, and creating general reports or presentation materials to aid functional operations.
• Offer support for meetings, training sessions, seminars, events, coffee tastings, and business travel for departmental colleagues.
• Provide calendar management for multiple leaders and/or a team.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for district managers, including the procurement of necessary computer equipment.
• Organize and manage virtual filing systems.
• Address phone inquiries and written requests for information.
• Conduct research on various issues and compile information.
• May index records and relevant information.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflow, organization, and communication.
• Act as a primary point of contact for distributing materials and communicating standard operating procedures.
• Respond to information requests.
• Build effective relationships with operational leaders.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Experience providing administrative support in a multi-unit/multi-leader environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Advanced understanding of office procedures and general office equipment.
• Ability to establish trust-based and collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Capability to recommend changes in approach, concepts, and solution designs as a team member.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
