This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Africa.
• Oversee inbox management, scheduling, client interactions, and real estate documentation.
• Supervise multiple inboxes to assess and respond to client inquiries and issues.
• Execute ad hoc payment processing, invoice management, file organization, and more.
• Upload and manage MLS listings in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a calendar that includes scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and external partners.
• Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other documents (including lease agreements, written offers, etc.).
• Organize meetings, establish agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow-ups/action items.
• Execute other ad-hoc tasks with minimal guidance as necessary.
• Provide assistance with personal tasks when required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in a Real Estate environment).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills at a C-level.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced office while managing time-sensitive tasks.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with MLS and Dotloop (or similar platforms).
• Availability to work full-time in the EST timezone.
