
Administrative Assistant, Bilingual – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily administrative assistance to the recruiting team.
• Manage bilingual communications with candidates and clients through calls, emails, and messages.
• Organize interviews, meetings, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
• Assist in job postings, reviewing applications, and organizing resumes.
• Translate documents, messages, or job descriptions as required.
• Prepare reports, update trackers, and ensure the accuracy of data.
• Aid in onboarding procedures for new hires, including document collection, form completion, and coordination.
• Carry out general administrative duties such as organizing files, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable using technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM/ATS tools.
• Independent, dependable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a remote setting.
• Previous administrative or recruiting support experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
