This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Administrative Assistant will manage the billing processes for the department.
• This role involves supporting teams and the department with the submission of CCT TARs, along with other administrative tasks.
• Responsible for tracking CCT activities, transitions, enrollments, and TAR submissions from the department.
• Engages in the preparation and maintenance of CCT billing spreadsheets.
• Completes CCT visit logs and addresses integration logs as required.
• Aids in completing DHCS CCT forms (ITCP, FTCP, DTRF) based on assessments conducted by the RN.
• Executes tasks assigned by the CCT Manager or designated CCT Lead Coordinators.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must have sufficient experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Must be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication with all staff, both in-office and remote, is required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
