• Assist in organizing and monitoring projects alongside client interactions.
• Help manage schedules, requests, and internal communications effectively.
• Develop content for blogs, email marketing, and social media utilizing AI support and structured prompts.
• Review and edit written materials to ensure clarity and high quality.
• Design simple graphics in Canva to enhance content engagement.
• Organize and implement email marketing campaigns.
• Aid in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Initiate contact with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Assist in organizing commercial and client-related information.
• Provide general operational support on a daily basis.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication skills, particularly for phone calls and messaging.
• Proactive personality, not waiting for instructions for every task.
• Comfortable using technology and various digital tools.
• Quick learner with a strong ability to adapt.
• Excellent writing skills and critical judgment for content review.
• Experience in administrative tasks or customer service is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales or prospecting is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Canva is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, is a plus.
• Interest in technology and business is a plus.
