This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Deliver administrative assistance to the Associate Corporate Counsel and other designated corporate leaders.
• Aid in the organization and upkeep of contracts, leases, legal documents, and associated records.
• Monitor crucial dates, action items, and project status updates across various departments.
• Sustain spreadsheets, logs, trackers, and departmental documentation.
• Assist with contract tracking software, lease files and software, policy documentation, and other corporate records.
• Arrange meeting logistics, prepare materials, take meeting notes, and distribute follow-up items.
• Send reminders and aid in tracking outstanding tasks and requests.
• Help oversee policy and procedure review schedules and document updates.
• Organize correspondence, files, and electronic records to ensure easy access to information.
• Provide support to payer relations, legal, human resources, and other corporate functions with administrative and organizational requirements.
• Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in legal administrative support, administrative assistance, or related office roles is preferred.
• Experience in supporting legal, healthcare, corporate, or professional services settings is preferred.
• Notary Public certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with care.
• Family Allergy & Asthma will cover the expenses associated with obtaining Notary Public certification for the selected candidate if required.
