This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with daily administrative, financial, operational, and business development tasks.
• Facilitate efficient operations in expense tracking, scheduling, customer interactions, and painter coordination.
• Contribute to sales, marketing, and customer retention efforts.
• 2–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Proficient in English with a C1 level of fluency required.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Skilled in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial tracking.
