This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Advanced administration and support (Level 2-3) for Microsoft on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Management and resolution of complex incidents related to identity, security, virtualization, and digital workplace.

• Administration of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS, and hybrid authentication solutions.

• Management and evolution of Microsoft Intune platforms and corporate endpoint administration.

• Operation and maintenance of Microsoft Defender solutions, Defender XDR, and Microsoft Sentinel.

• Administration of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.

• Management of virtualized infrastructures including VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization platforms.

• Administration of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and SCCM.

• Involvement in migration projects, technological modernization, and enhancement of security posture.

• Preparation of technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer.

• Implementation of security best practices, hardening, and vulnerability management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in advanced administration of Microsoft environments.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ADFS, and hybrid authentication.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern device and application management.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, and Defender XDR.

• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, security alert analysis, and KQL queries.

• Experience in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) and/or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.

• Administration experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SCCM.

• Experience in VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization environments.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents in critical environments.

• Focus on documentation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
