This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee and manage clients' immigration applications, focusing on Singapore Citizenship and Permanent Resident status.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to gather, validate, and organize required documents.
• Offer precise documentation advice and customized guidance, keeping abreast of Singapore’s immigration laws and regulations.
• Compose personalized and impactful cover letters tailored to individual client profiles.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all submissions to the relevant government authorities.
• Provide an outstanding client service experience from the initial consultation through to post-submission assistance.
• Respond swiftly to client inquiries and aid in all necessary post-submission processes.
• Maintain digital tracking systems and records with up-to-date information.
• Support with any additional tasks assigned by the management.
• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Mass Communication, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in spoken Mandarin and well-versed in written English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, administration).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage large volumes of digital documentation.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
