• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Carry out general administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and managing documents.
• Keep records and files organized to promote efficient operations.
• Facilitate effective communication among clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflows.
• Aid in resolving customer issues and escalate them when necessary.
• Assist with daily operational responsibilities to enhance process efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in administrative and customer service positions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office tools.
• Capability to manage customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
