This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide individualized support to students in areas such as time management, task initiation, planning, and self-monitoring.

• Develop customized executive-function systems tailored to each student's needs.

• Conduct regular video meetings with assigned students to tackle academic challenges, establish routines, and brainstorm solutions.

• Facilitate targeted small-group sessions focused on study skills, organization, and academic habits.

• Work collaboratively with academic guides and athletic coaches to ensure consistent support for students.

• Keep parents informed with regular updates regarding strategies, progress, and opportunities for improvement.

• Engage parents early on when existing support strategies are not yielding desired results.

• Assist students in setting up and navigating learning platforms to enhance their focus and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in supporting students with ADHD or executive function challenges, including specific examples of positive impact.

• Demonstrated ability to create sustainable routines and systems, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Excellent listening and communication skills, capable of explaining methods to parents and staff in clear, accessible language.

• Comfort working in a competitive youth athletics environment.

• A Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field is required.
